Services  The American Red Cross of Northeast Massachusetts has held its Charter since May 20, 1933. As a unique part of the American Red Cross, the country's largest humanitarian organization, our Chapter provides a number of vital services including: * 24-Hour Disaster Relief * Health and Safety Education Classes * Emergency Services for U.S. Servicemen and women & their families * Community Disaster Preparedness and Education * International Tracing and Social Services * Volunteer Recruitment to Staff our Programs
Communities Served: Amesbury, Beverly, Byfield, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester by-the-Sea, Newbury, Newburyport, Rockport, Rowley, Salisbury, Wenham, and West Newbury.
Mission The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
